Unipro International offers professional uniforms, duty gear, accessories, and apparel for security, law enforcement, fire service, military, aviation, hospitality, and other professional sectors. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without prior notice. Product images are provided for reference only; actual colors and details may vary.
Account responsibilities
When you create an account on unipro.com, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

Payment terms
All transactions on unipro.com are processed in U.S. dollars. Payment is collected at the time your order is placed. We currently accept the following payment methods:

Free shipping offer
Unipro International offers free standard ground shipping on all qualifying orders of $100 or more, shipped within the contiguous United States. This offer applies to standard ground shipments only and cannot be combined with other shipping promotions unless otherwise stated.
Shipping policy
We ship within the United States only, via UPS and FedEx. Shipping transit times are in addition to the order processing times listed below.
Processing times
- Standard orders (non-customized): 2–3 business days
- Custom or personalized orders: 3–5 business days
Unipro International is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Return and refund policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy before placing your order:
- Any unused, non-customized item may be returned within 30 days of purchase in its original, unopened packaging.
- Credit will only be issued for items returned with an approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) label.
- Certain non-stock items may be subject to a restocking fee.
- Seasonal items are final sale and are not eligible for return.
If we ship your order incorrectly, we take full responsibility. We will provide a prepaid return label and refund applicable shipping fees, provided you notify us within 30 days of receiving the item.
